Martin Perry Associates carried out work to the necessary supporting documents for my building regulations and party wall agreements. Their team are all incredibly helpful and I was kept informed every step of the way. Their officer - Richard - did spot a potential building regulations issue with regards to a neighbours drainage and prior to submitting any documents he reached out to me to discuss the issue, and more importantly to put multiple options in front of me including a really elegant design solution he came up with to address the issue. This kind of initiative and support is one of the things that really makes Martin Perry Associates stand out. The documents I have been provided are excellent quality with detailed construction and material information which passed Building Regulations approval without issue, and which will be invaluable for the contractors carrying out the work. I was also given duplicates of the party wall letters and documents in advance so I knew exactly what my neighbours would be recieving and when. Managing these paperwork requirements would otherwise have been an incredibly difficult and stressful affair and I am so glad I commissioned Martin Perrys Associates to undertake this work on my behalf. If you are considering using their services you won't regret doing so.
