Matthew worked on our Kitchen extension. He was helpful and proactive during our consultations, working with us to understand our desired outcome. At our request he attended site once the build had started to answer the builder's questions and clarify the design intent. We were very impressed with how professionally Matthew approached our survey. He had obviously done homework on our house and the local area before he arrived and was very efficient whilst carrying out the survey. At all times he was happy to explain what he was doing, and why, and was able to explain everything in an understandable way. He didn't try and push us into doing things that weren't needed and provided us with contact details for companies that could carry out the drain survey that he recommended we had done.
