Very negative experience with this company. Staff were rude and not willing to help at all with my complain. I emailed the customer service who directed my complain to a senior manager who happened to be ruder than the ordinary staff! So where do you go then if the managers are like that! It feels like they think they can treat people badly just because they work for a rich company! Not really sure what to say but very negative experience from my side.

This site(Wandsworth) is a joke, there is so many issues I can’t count on my hand. Like this ? To call damn hoist to level 12 I have to shout to the driver who is downstairs to pick me up. Poor management at all

Absolutely terrible and rude. Did not show up to scheduled appointment. Did not call us or anything to explain, and left us on read on Whatsapp. Fustrating experience and a complete waste of time and efforts.

Disguisting toilets and cantines, no friendly clea
place to rest properly and have food. Lack of care for workers. Only thing that this company does towards ots workers is checking hard hats in finished rooms but no other signs of interest about the people.
