MD Building Services recently completed a single storey side extension which included fitting a new kitchen, utility room, bathroom, renovating original parts of the house and a new patio. They were able to quote and carry out the work on the roof without delay. The tenant was very happy with the care they took during the work and the fact they tidied up afterwards. They also checked the roof and took photographs, not only of the completed work but the surrounding roof too. They will definitely be our goto builders in the future.

In 2022 / 23 we undertook a substantial double story wrap extension with MD Building Services. We are very pleased indeed with the results. Mark was particularly knowledgeable and had an impressive set of the best trades people to use for Roofing, Floors, Water, Gas, Paving etc. and organised it all. He coordinated the entire build / site ensuring everything was just right. We had a consistent and high quality set of builders on site for over 6 months. In the end we got new windows, doors, interior doors, higher end bathrooms, Amtico flooring etc. etc. all done by Mark. We would definitely recommend and use Mark in the future.
