Our housing association uses these as a contractor. (Roofing repair) - inspection September, scaffolding erected Nov and has been up for 4 weeks without any repairs/communication. Arrived today roofer couldn't see what repair needed to be done and asked his colleague to wash his work van whilst he sat in his van,on our drive using our outside tap! No consideration if we was on a meter or not. Called and spoke with contracts manager John McCann and emailed pics & videos but he didn't seem to be that concerned! Wouldn't bother wasting your time with this contractor!

Shambles. Management staff who have not been trained in their field or logistics. If you're expecting work done, triple the time quoted, triple the hassle caused and expect shoddy work to be replaced. I was left without a kitchen for days. I was left without washing facilities for days, I was left without heating in the middle of winter for days. Inept builders, inept logistic services. I'm waiting for repairs MONTHS after a new kitchen.

Absolute disgrace of a company by one of their drivers
Earlier this morning, myself, partner and our 11 week old son were walking down Albert Road towards the mini roundabout which travels onwards to St Phillips.
The driver deliberately drove through a vile, dirty puddle that had accumulated outside one of the industrial areas along that road. The puddle splashed all over us including the face of our son.
It is utterly despicable behaviour and may I add before any one of your drivers suggests that they had ‘no choice’ but to drive through the puddle, the area of that part of the road is very wide to allow the big vehicles to turn into any one of the estates.
My partner and baby are distraught, as am I. We had to thoroughly clean my baby’s face and change his clothing as it was sopping wet with dirty and likely dangerous water.
Let’s face it, someone who deliberately does this finds it funny and amusing to cause harm to other people. Honestly, I don’t care about myself or my partner, but to do this to a couple that are walking a pram is just abhorrent.
Will my baby become ill from this incident. I really hope not. Babies have very low immune systems at this age and this is a serious concern of ours.

This company constantly harass tenants and treat them like morons. They also don't turn up when you arrange work, I waited in all day. It also should not take over 2 weeks to replace cupboards in a small kitchen. They get away with poor service because it's housing association rather than home owners.

My housing association uses them and they are incompetent.
No one seems to know what they are doing. Jobs are substandard. It's a case of send a carpenter to do a painters job. Useless!!!

If I could rate them a 0 I would have. I have been living in a house without a working shower for nearly 5 months. Have had 2 workers out to fit a new shower but they turn up without the equipment and say they can't do the job.
I have had mould in my house for 2 years and they have ignored all of my reports and no one has done anything about it.
I had leaks which have only just been fixed after over a year and 4 different plumbers out for the same leak. Now I have leak damage on my ceiling which 2 plasteres have been out for and refuse to do the job as apparently it contains asbestos.
I have numerous other issues in my property which have been reported so many times and ignored. Worst service ever. Do not recommend.

Landlord hired this company to fit a new kitchen in middle of November 2020. Now middle January 2021 and still not finished. Never kept us informed on what was happening and when. Days where no work was carried out. Electricians wired up a socket wrong. Even turned up with a tester and confirmed it was working correctly (Wasn't the correct tester for the job)..until the pictures I had taken proved them wrong, they finally rectified the issue.
The on site manager (which one) was useless. Just tells you stuff they think you want to hear.
Avoid like the plague. If they quote cheaper than other companies, its cheap for a reason.

Was just treated like I didn't live in my own home, you don't come to someone's house and tell them in a very rude way that they don't live or own there house even if it is council, I'm vulnerable classed as disabled and I've never been spoken to like that before. Don't use this company
