Kieran is absolutely outstanding! We had to get a Regularisation certificate for our extension and he knew exactly what was needed and completed the plans for us within a week. He offered advice and any extra help if we needed it, but we didn't, as everything he did for us was exactly what the council required.

Kieran has done the extension design, plans and drawings for two extensions we have had at our house and we have been really happy with the service he provided. Very efficient and responsive to any requests from us and the council when waiting for plans to be passed off. Kieran did a few sets of plans for us. He was recommended from someone we knew and he did a fantastic job in discussing what we wanted and gave us some great ideas. He drew up the plans and sent them over for us to see and when we were happy he put in our application too and kept us informed.
