An absolutely amazing team of professionals who did a spectacular job on a dormer loft and kitchen extension. Arrived on time every morning and worked so hard. Their attention to detail is amazing and are highly skilled individuals and I really wouldn’t use anyone else! Big shout out to Jay, Michael and Chris who were so accommodating and made the whole job stress free. It was a pleasure having them and the rest of the lads in my home - which now looks fantastic!

From start to finish I have been extremely happy with Jay and the team. Communication was key and I was kept informed of how the build was going day to day and what trades would be coming on which dates. The team are hardworking, honest and easy to get along with and most importantly stick to dates and times and stay on the job until it’s finished. I’ve had experiences of builders were they don’t show up or when they do, stay for an hour with the excuse of going to see a supplier and don’t come back for a few days - thankfully this doesn’t happen at this company. Quality work with a professional approach - thank you.

Needed quotes for a garage and loft conversion, left an enquiry form on the website on the Saturday, called me the following Tuesday and advised would come out on Friday. On checking with them what time they were coming on the Friday morning, was told they were fitting steel work and couldn't come, would reschedule for Monday. Haven't heard anything since! That was first week in July.
Shame as they have a lot of good reviews but makes me think if Ive had trouble getting a quote, maybe a lucky escape?

A huge thank you to Jay and his team for our fabulous loft conversation. The commitment to the job, especially during the pandemic, has been awesome and certainly made working from home an experience we’ll never forget.

As a lesbian couple, inviting workmen (or women) into your home, can be a daunting prospect, especially when it's your first 'big job'. We can't recommend Jay and the team enough, especially to our LGBT+ Sisters, Brothers and all those in between.

Recommended by a neighbour, we were really impressed by their work which although 5 yrs old looked immaculate. From getting a quote all the way through to finish, Jay and his team were brilliant. The team on the job were great, helpful, respectful, top quality workmanship. Jays project management of the build was spot on - we were exactly on 6 weeks for a complex dormer loft extension with internal ceilings lowered. There’s no better company for this type of work! Would 110% recommend!

Hip to Gable Loft conversion with bedroom and ensuite in Childwall.

I can't fault this company lead by Jay and the amazing team he has working with him. Jay was recommended to us by a friend and came round to provide a quote which was very fair in comparison to the others we had. He was very reassuring to our neighbours who were a little concerned about how our loft conversion would impact them but put them at ease with his experience and knowledge. We could of gone with other builders but we trusted Jay and his team and waited until they could fit us in. Jay told us it would be complete in 6 weeks and it was! The team arrived on time, worked hard and communicated to us throughout the job. The electrician, plumber and tilers were excellent and hats off to Lee, Chris, Michael, and big Al, who were absolute stars. A really friendly and respectful group of builders and skilled tradesmen who we would have back in a heartbeat. A rare find. We won't be going anywhere else for any future work needed. Recently had a loft conversion completed by Jay and his team. I would ?% recommend Jay & Co. From start to finish I was kept up to date as to what was happening and when. From the suggestions regarding layout to finishing touches, all amazing. They worked their socks off and were always polite, courteous and hard working. They tidied up every day and my neighbour said her path had never been so clean! The quality of finish is ace! I would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you ?

Jay & his team have done a fantastic job on our dormer loft conversion with en suite. I honestly couldn’t fault anything from start to finish which took just over 5 weeks to complete.
I did do a lot of research on different building companies but I 100% made the right choice.
All the lads work so hard, from the moment they arrived, they would be here and ready to start for 8am each morning, they even worked a couple of weekends to ensure the schedule was kept too, all of them are very friendly, clean and professional at their jobs. Mention should also be given to the plasterers, tiler and plumber that again were superb tradesmen.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Jay and his team, every aspect of the conversion is perfect as Jay is a perfectionist who always made sure we were 100% happy with the job.
Thanks again Jay, we are delighted with the completed conversion.
