Metro Developments carried out and completed a major adaptation to my home in order to support mum's health needs.

I'll not lie, at first having never experienced any project of this size done to my house before whilst actually living IN IT, I was a little worried and stressed as the start date loomed closer.... now I look back and ask myself why?!

The team where excellent. They were all respectful, cleaned as they went along, the project was well organised and as for the end result, well all I can say is a huge thank you to each and everyone for what you've given us (mostly an easier life for me nursing mum).

Suzanne (the lady I would speak to on the phone), kept me well informed along the way, we had some laughs and tbh, often worked as my alarm clock to get up and unlock as the workies were always early and prompt.

Lastly, the whole project took less time than first proposed, which I believe ticks the efficiency box too.

In short.....I actually miss them 😅

I would highly recommend Metro Developments. We recently had a new bathroom fitted and are really impressed with the design, quality and price. They carried out a complete rip out of the old suite, knocked down the large airing cupboard to extend the bathroom, installed an upstairs toilet and soil pipe etc, shower, sink and units, false ceiling and tiled the walls and floor etc It's absolutely stunning. The lads who worked on the house were brilliant, really professional and polite and they left the house without a mess after working all day. Will be going back to metro for further works as they can be trusted for the quality of work and a good price.

Metro Developments completed a large extension for me and my family and they did a fantastic job. From start to finish they where very professional, tidy and turned up when they said they would. The extension was a bedroom downstairs, wet room, utility room and family room. I am disabled and the team knew exactly what was needed to help me around my home. The owner Paul is a very knowledgeable man who has completed many adaptations for disabled people and has an eye for detail and won’t accept anything other than perfect from his team of builders. I can’t recommend Metro Developments highly enough, they are a first class outfit who won’t give you less than 100%.

Metro carried out a kitchen and rear ding room extension on my house, they sorted absolutely everything from start to finish including fitting of a new kitchen, new flooring, new downstairs wc, bifolds, tiles, windows (plus much more) and all done with huge degree of professionalism and courtesy. Their workmanship is first rate and I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend them.
