Matt and his team did a great job at replacing our lead pipes both internally as well as digging and replacing the external pipes to the property boundary. They were knowledgeable and experienced in their job and ensured we had the water connected back on time.

During the consolation process Matt was faced with a few changes to the size of the slab I wanted to install, to what I could actually get away with. No revision being not worth his time.

Each time a revised price came over in a professionally broken down quote, not to mention significantly faster than others that bid for my job.

The price was exceedingly competitive and when the work was complete by Matt’s team, Josh and Tay my god was it great value. They completed a 12.5x12ft slab with mix on site with 28degree weather within the day. I have a picture caught on my motion camera of Josh soaked through from the days hard graft.

Due to not being home Matt’s team supplied a several pictures to me to check I was happy with the project as it progressed.

Matt then called at the end of the day to give me a brief on the completed job.

Using MGC developments for me was like using the mechanic you’ve always trust to service your car, you’re in safe hands.

Another wonderful job by Matt and his team who built an alcove in my kitchen to house a large fridge freezer and replaced two radiators. His attention to detail and timekeeping is meticulous and the site was left clean and tidy each time they came. We have used Matt previously and can highly recommend this company.

Matt’s clear communication before, during and after meant i was always clear on what was happening and when, where there were extra things I was asking for which would be additional to the agreed price this was discussed at the time.

The job was completed in the timeframe set out and the site left tidy.
