Mark and his team have just completed a second transformation for us! First was a fabulous kitchen , dining/family room and this time a beautiful en-suite along with some redecoration and a long list of jobs we needed doing! The attention to detail, quality and workmanship is faultless and we will be using them again.

Couldn't recommend Mark and MGISD anymore if i tried. We had a loft conversion carried out in April 2024 consisting of full new roof, dropping chimney stacks, new steels and veluxs and a dorma window fitted at the back at our home in Gosforth and honestly Mark and the team couldnt have done a better job of it - but more so (which was important for us) being so professional throughout the 2 months it took to complete and quiet/considerate to me working from home, my partner of whom was pregnant and our neighbours either side too.

Infact which is testament to the job they did many of our neighbours and friends have asked for their contact details to get work done themselves of which we are only too happy to recommend.

Ten weeks ago Mark and his team transformed an unused garage into a bespoke room with en-suite for my elderly Mam who after suffering a family bereavement and a fall, then the isolation caused through covid had literally found her world smaller and broken.
Nothing was too much for Mark and his team, he just “got it” from the moment he came to give an estimate.
I would highly recommend MGISD, their attention to detail has been phenomenal!
My Mam moved into her new “apartment” yesterday and when someone who will be 90 this year says “I feel like I have a future” you know that the dream you had, the vision Mark foresaw has just come to fruition.

MGISD recently completed a number of works in my home which included removing bifold doors between dining and living room, fitting new bedroom and bathroom doors, repairs to the shower and bathroom and repainting the dining room, living room and kitchen. The work was completed to a high standard, disruption was minimised and all members of the team were friendly and professional. Mark gave me a detailed and accurate quotation for the work requested and I was particularly grateful for his and the team’s flexibility when I added some additional requests at a late stage!
