Michael has handled two projects for us - a kitchen extension, and some quite extensive changes to outbuildings to accommodate solar panels. He was very responsive - in particular in helping sort surprises that seem often to arise in building projects. He handled the planning processes, building regulation compliance, etc well. We would certainly recommend him for similar work.

Michael Pagliaroli designed a large two storey extension for our family home…which we absolutely love. He drew up a range of plans for us to chose from and then was very accommodating, paying great attention to detail, on the final plan.
Michael was also very knowledgeable of the process of submitting planning to West Berkshire and he was very quick to respond to any queries throughout this period.
I would not hesitate to recommend Michael; he is very dedicated to his work and he is a lovely, professional and helpful person to work with.

We approached Michael as his website indicated he included relatively small extensions as part of his architectural practice. After meeting him when we outlined our requirements he subsequently produced four variations where we chose the one which we felt most closely met our expectations together with one or two aspects from the other suggestions. Michael approached three builders he had worked with previously for quotations, and the one we chose did an excellent build and during the work they did not have to contact Michael for any clarifications. Michael did a good job for us in understanding our situation as an elderly couple, and we were very happy with his approach and professionalism and have no hesitation in recommending him.

We approached Michael and his team to submit a retrospective building application for a patio in our garden. Michael gave a competitive quote and was super responsive and helpful throughout the process despite the job being small.
