Mike came out top of the architects that we asked to pitch for an extensive residential reconfiguration and extension. He did not disappoint. He took our wishes and came up with a selection of designs, then was very patient in tinkering away to reach the final plan - which included elements that we would not have come up with ourselves, but are incredibly pleased with now they are built. We took Mike's recommendation on builders and they have also been fantastic, notwithstanding Covid and difficulties over building supplies etc.

We decided to use Mike's services shortly after purchasing our house in Lingfield. The house needed a significant amount of work having not been touched for many years. We decided to extend our property out by a further 4 meters at the rear of the property. Mike attended to discuss our options and preferences and quickly put togther some plans. Mike also put us in contact with 4 local, reliable builders for quotations. I found Mike to be highly knowledable and experienced. Planning permission was approved quickly without complication and his knowledge of the local area and trade was impressive. Subsequently Mike has also darwn plans and applied for planning permission for an equine sand school.
