Poor service. Questionable standard of EICR completed. Paid for remedial works months later my letting agent said I didn't have a valid EICR on file. So they chase the company who said I hadn't paid for remedial works. So proved it had been paid for then still took 3 weeks to get a copy of the certs. This isn't an isolated case.

Mike Pryde Electrical services have been coming to fix practically everything in my Grwp Cynefin house for over 15 years. Now Mike has retired leaving the business to his son's, I've dealt with Andy for the last few years.
