Miles Better Builds have just finished our side and rear extension, having previously built 2 lofts for us (one at our previous property) and I couldn't recommend them enough.
Competitive price, helpful staff, no issue too big and no problem they can't get round.

We embarked on a rear extension of our semi-detached property and renovation of a downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom. We gained several quotes from local builders in the area. On meeting Matt at Miles Better Builds (which was a recommendation from a friend in the area) we were put at ease with his professionalism and knowledge. They were also a competitive quote and therefore we went ahead. Building work commenced about 4-6 months later due to the demand post covid but Matt kept us informed throughout. Matt and his team of builders were exceptionally professional throughout the project. I can give several examples of this from politeness and friendliness with our two young children to always taking their shoes off at the door. What I was most impressed with was the service Matt gave in terms of communication. If ever these was an issue he would message back within 24 hours but usually within a few hours. The work was completed to a high standard. My only improvement or feedback for the company would be that the contractors (electricians and plumbers) could have been better (craftmanship, eg made a hole in an adjoining wall from fitting a mirror which was resolved) and been just as professional in terms of cleanliness, however they still did their job diligently and this is just a bit of feedback to improve. I am writing this review now more than 2 years after the project began. Matt said from the beginning that if there were any issues just call or message and they could come back out. We did have a few issues with some penetrating damp around a window and they were out and sorting it within a week and went above and beyond to fix the issue, which is now solved.
I could not recommend this company enough for building projects and I thank Matt and his team for their hard work and making our house so much better. We would certainly use them again!

I can't recommend Miles Better Builds enough! Mat Miles and his team have built our garden room, converted our loft and built our ground floor extension. We keep coming back because they get the job done professionally and efficiently, they always go the extra mile, and the whole team is helpful and friendly.
