We very recently had the pleasure of working with Steve on a fairly large build project on our home. The project spanned roughly 24months from initial contact to completion and in that time we found every step to be a mostly enjoyable experience. Steve spent time explaining each step in detail and ultimately we got a finished build which was our dream realised. Nothing was too much, I am very fussy and wanted it all to be how i had dreamt it and Steve interpreted that dream so so well. We worked very well together, I found him to be calm and considerate with my ideas and the budget to work towards.
Steve along with Jane and John were a total pleasure to work with and I would have absolutely no hesitatation in recommending them.

Due to difficulties working with Steve, we engaged another architect to take us beyond the planning permission phase. When I asked Steve to provide the CAD files, although he has these, he has refused to provide them. Very petty.

When it comes to the plans he created, Steve advocated for a far more conservative set of plans than we needed and tried to convince us that local planning would reject some elements. Ultimately, we spoke to the local planning team ourselves, found they were amenable to our proposals, and permission was granted.
