This company did plumbing and heating within my estate (as a contractor to house-builder) and I know that at least 3/4 of properties have had problems, few quite serious. But I will speak of my own.
1. Faulty soldering. Their engineer visited 3 times to check on this and couldn't find a problem. I engaged another pro who found it, then I pointed out to Mimram where it is.
Mimram's engineer did soldering on pipe that full of cold water and with the foam coat still on (!), which was burnt and stuck to the pipe (obviously!). If you don't know what it means --> idiots or cowboys, not sure which description is more adequate, but one of the two for sure. Months later the same spot leaks again, not surprised!
2. We had a low pressure on boiler for 5 months and 4 visits by another of Mimram's "engineer" during this time. The guy did same thing every time he visited, checked and reset boiler, topped up pressure and was gone saying "it's all good".
Again, I engaged pro leak detection company and they found out a faulty Magnetic Heating Filter. For obvious reasons I asked the company to install a new filter, not maintain the faulty one, but instead they maintained only. Guess what, few months later I discovered it was leaking for weeks, water destroyed kitchen units.
3. Fitted the property with MVHR (heat recovery). After two years we discovered our loft covered in mould. After surveying the loft and the MVHR, it came clear Mimram fitted the MVHR against manufacturers instructions and against building regulations!

As a pro you can make a mistake, no one is perfect, but negligence and poor workmanship cant be forgiven = one star cowboys!
