Mark and Kate were really helpful and efficient in helping with obtaining planning permission for an extension and loft conversion at my property. Mark came out very quickly to measure and explained all the stages to obtaining permission clearly so I understood exactly what the process would be. The review sessions were helpful and allowed us to adjust the plans accordingly. Later, during the planning application process, they directly managed the concerns raised by the council and successfully adjusted the proposal to gain planning permission. I enjoyed working with them both.

I first met Mark at the Farnborough House Building and Renovating show and got on with him straightaway. He was relaxed and very helpful, explaining the process very clearly. When it came to my house renovation project he was just the same and came up with lots of excellent ideas but best of all he was attuned to my thinking and knew exactly what I was looking for. Mark drew up two proposals for us - the first was a verandah and boot room extension, and the second was to create a usable space in the attic with access via a spiral staircase. He's full of imaginative ideas and his drawings are CGIs are excellent. In addition, Mark was happy to discuss our ideas with us in great detail before committing them to paper. Would definitely recommend MJH!
