Really poor experience with Matt and the team at MJS Construction. I find it extremely unprofessional that an independent business can take advantage of other independent businesses services, lie, and the refused to pay their invoice. I doubt they just brush off invoices if customers don't pay them. I'd really appreciate my invoice being paid ASAP - Thanks ☺️

I recently called Matt late on a Thursday afternoon asking if he would be able to help resolve a substantial leak in my parents (both in their 80's) loft. At the time water was coming through a bedroom ceiling and getting progressively worse. Matt kindly arranged for a friendly member of his team to visit within the hour. The source of the leak was quickly identified and repaired that evening. My parents were delighted with the outcome. Although a relatively small job Matt's understanding of the situation and speed of response is applauded. Thank you.

I found out about MJS Construction Group through a recommendation from a friend. Based on their excellent and genuine reviews on check a trade we decided to go ahead with the job. They completed a kitchen extension for us and they where punctual, polite and very clean. There was great communication between myself and the team throughout the project and I am over the moon with the results. MJS from start to completion were very professional. They completed a large kitchen/dining snug extension with large patio replacement. They were very professional, very tidy and went to a lot of effort to ensure our brick match and install quality was good. We added additional works to other areas of the house which they sorted in a very responsive manner. I always found them friendly and polite. We are more than happy with the quality of the works.

I am very happy to recommend MJS to anyone having similar work done (extension and refurb). They were always friendly and polite, excellent at keeping me informed of progress, knowledgeable and always ready to listen to my requests. The work took far longer than expected due to the underlying state of the house, but they managed to fit all the extra work in around other jobs and the end result is superb.

Matt and his team were appointed to remove a large kitchen window and install in its place French doors opening out into our garden. From start to finish the service was professional and nothing was too much trouble. The guys that did the work were highly skilled and a pleasure to have around. We are so pleased with the quality of the installation, it has transformed our house and garden. We would have no hesitation recommending MJS or using them again in the future.
