Mike built a two-storey extension to our house in 2023. He completed it ahead of time and managed the cost with us. His team were nice to have around and he managed them well. Ultimately, he made what could have been a very stressful project, straight forward. Mike is a talented builder and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

100% WOULD RECOMMEND AND USE AGAIN.

I had bifold doors installed to replace our french doors which were awful. Mike was brilliant from start to finish, he came around for our initial quote and gave us several options. In the end we compromised and went for some middle ground which saved us £3000/4000 overall as he thought 3 panel doors would give us the effect we were looking for (we used this extra money on a new boiler).

4 weeks later our made to measure doors had arrived, Mike & his team came to fit the door arriving at 8am and they had completed the job in 3/4 hours. They followed every step with care, keeping us at the forefront of their mind in order to carry out the job as cleanly and dust free as possible.

The final product is exactly what we wanted, great doors which operate smootly, allow much more light into our home and gave the exact effect we were after.

We were very happy with the work carried out and we have booked them in to carry out further work in removing load bearing walls and other work. Mike was also able to recommend other tradesmen that he works with to carry out other jobs in our home.

Mike came quickly to sort out my leaking skylight. He ordered the window and then I just had to wait until he had time to put it in . It was a bit of a wait but they did a good job and I feel sure this one won't leak. I am pleased with the neat job. They could have cleaned up a bit more but it was easy for me to sweep around. It's such a relief to get it done. They were very pleasant to have around.

Although quite a small job for them we felt the level of service was the same as if we were completing a far bigger project. Professional and pride in their work is absolutely paramount, they honestly really care that the finish is of the best quality and that we were fully satisfied. What a great experience dealing with MK construction.

The staff are very professional and informative during the decision making of what doors or products are suited for my build.

I had bi-folding doors fitted and the detail and precision the staff took during the install was so great to see as it look so beautifully done.

Most importantly the staff kept the area they were working in tidy and cleaned up after themselves.

The pricing was very well priced and the quality of workmanship does reflex in the price.
