Moat were assigned to me by Wickes to install my WIckes supplied bathroom.

I have encountered significant delays in the completion of the works, poor workmanship, disruption and damage to my home throughout the 4-months that it has taken for them to complete the work to a relatively small bathroom and for them to partially rectify the damage that they caused to the other areas of my house.

I was also apparently filmed by a member of Moat’s staff in my own home and without my knowledge.

Personally a very poor overall experience, and a company that I will certainly be avoiding in the future.

Matt and the team did a great job of quoting our extension, they were on time and delivered top quality service. We are planning to have the extension done with Moat in 2021 and they were one of just a few builders who could be bothered to quote. Matt also managed to come and fix my front steps after an accident with a van! He quoted quickly and made them safe in a matter of just a week.
