We used mode engineers for our self build project. Steve and the team were very helpfully in the whole process. As a self builder, I would often wakeup with new idea. but the team here didn't once let me down. Adapting the drawings / design to meet my demands.

Cannot rate Steve highly enough! Really helpful and very quick at responding and helping to solve problems. Great detailed report and was also brilliant at summarising things clearly that anyone can understand. Would definitely use Mode Engineers again for future projects.

Steve at Mode Engineers is great to deal with ! i contacted him recently for structural design on my loft conversion, i cant recommend him enough.
Super quick at responding to queries and kept me updated with progress on his part throughout, really easy to deal with and provided a brilliant structural report & detailed design at a very reasonable cost.
I will definitely be using Mode Engineers on any future projects.

First time getting in contact and won't be my last. I had contacted Steve regarding an opinion on a crack running down a property I was looking at investing in . I was offered detailed feedback and a document for me to read over which was very helpful !

I managed to get my hands on a brief structural report and sent this Steve who kindly checked over it . I asked how much he wanted for the effort he had already put in but he declined !

Like I said , I will not be going anywhere else if I need a structural engineer. Honest hard worker who makes an effort. Can't go wrong. Cheers pal once again.
