This company are living high on the hog thanks to burrowing like a tick into several councils, kinda makes you wonder whose relatives work where, especially with their absolute, undeniable incompetence and inability to complete a job on time. I cant decide which is worse, this useless shower, or the dullard who decided to sign their contract.
Case in point - Fosse Way/Harbury Lane junction. Instead of completing works in Autumn 23 as posted, they simply changed the signage to Spring 24, problem solved! Never mind the fact they've had traffic lights there for months and months, but with no actual work going on. Today, there's at least people on-site, but they aren't exactly going full pelt to finish (oh, and Spring began earlier this month, so I guess the sign will be getting another edit very soon).

They DO have a resident half-wit working there, however, whose job is to make motorists stuck in lengthy pointless tailbacks absolutely livid by sitting his fat red moon-face in his works van, with his mate, smoking cigarettes. If that's this company's approach to the health and well-being of their workforce (the passenger, not Mr Bunter the grinning idiot), it doesn't bode well for the public in general. Hey, but they are raking in the contracts and filthy lucre, so who cares right?

At present at Harbourside Torquay causing absolute chaos by closing 4 traffic lanes down to 1 way traffic, upto 200 vehicles waiting for 15 / 30 minutes at 4 way traffic lights every evening, all public service buses are late..

Only ever see 6 employees working, 3 watching while 3 working, one supervisor wandering around like he is lost..

They are still digging holes with shovels, such is their lack of investment in modern machinery..

They do not work evenings, some local employees state that they never see anyone working at all, that is because they have all gone home when others have to work late evening / night unsocial hours..

They do not work weekends which means they can extend contracts by upto three months, employees working in other industries have to work weekends, do not get paid overtime rate for work..

Imagine if the Police only worked until 4 pm, did not work weekends.

Imagine if all the Public Transport Workers went home at 4pm..

Imagine if they closed all Supermarkets at the weekends.

An Ambulance on call out, blue lights on, had to wait 10 / 15 minutes in the traffic.

Chinese Construction Workers would have finished this contract in one month such is the folly of British Construction..

This useless company are doing the roadworks in Hempsted Gloucester. No consideration for the local residents. You can see they are working on behalf of the council because you see one man working and the rest looking down a hole. Ripping off the country council and the government. Considerate contractors my arse.

Absolutely no reply (given them a good week) to ask why a pipe was installed across our driveway with no warning, next to a Bloor Homes development they are working on. Constant workmen singing and shouting, dust on cars and windows constantly, no consideration for elderly retired residents in my apartment block...we now have no safe pavement for them to walk on (due to said pipeworks). Vibrations that make windows and doors rattle in my apartment. Council, Bloor Homes and Montel don't give a wotsit! And noone will give you a contact site manager email or number...due to data protection. How would they feel if they were living next to this for nearly a year we suspect this will go on?! No communication or keeping us updated at all from beginning to now. Finally had a response after leaving a Google review (9 working days on from my email to them) saying a letter was sent dated 20 August 2021 (I did not receive this) but the letter doesn't mention digging our driveway up, only about a ghost island and pedestrian crossing for Warwickshire County Council. She has asked me to remove this review as the works are complete but they are not...still exposed pipes as per photos.

May 2022 (new photos) - Turf never relaid on council land where land was dug up across our driveway...so now it's lovely bare patches and weeds.
