I recently purchased a new home at St Mary's Park and honestly couldn't have had a better experience. The sales lady was amazing, helping us every step of the way, and talking us through the next steps. The site manager was really helpful too after moving in. I'd previously purchased a new home from another builder before and it was awful, and couldn't believe how much better this experience was. Excellent service from everyone at Morris Homes.

Our experience was extremely disappointing and resulted in financial loss.

While purchasing a new Morris Home, we were required to work with Property Perspective as our estate agent. Unfortunately, they misled us into accepting an offer on our home, leading us to believe it was a legitimate proposal, and that the sale was progressing smoothly. A month later, we discovered that the buyer had not even applied for a mortgage. Ultimately, the buyer withdrew, causing us to lose both the new build home and £1,000 that we had invested in upgrades and fees, under the assumption that our house was sold. We were under the impression that potential buyers would not view our home without a mortgage offer, so it was surprising that we were encouraged to accept an offer from someone who was not financially prepared.

The agency made three attempts to take marketing photographs, and when it was time to create the advertisement, they included images of an entirely different property. Additionally, they were slow to engage a local estate agent, which resulted in a loss of opportunities for viewings.

Our designated property manager was unresponsive, often opting to communicate only via email rather than phone calls. We submitted multiple complaints, yet there was no acknowledgment or apology from their team. The entire experience was unsatisfactory, and had we not been advised to work with them in order to select our plot, we would have reconsidered before our property was even listed on the market.

I've had the pleasure of visiting Morris Homes on several occasions, and I must say, it's been the best customer experience I've ever had! Carol and Anne are absolutely lovely – both are true assets to Morris Homes and are always the first point of contact I look forward to. They are not only professional but also warm, helpful, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to make sure every need is met, which makes a huge difference. I've visited a few new developments, and unfortunately, most of my experiences were unsatisfactory. However, Anne and Carol at Morris Homes have been the best by far. I highly recommend these two wonderful ladies – they really set the standard for excellent customer service!

Since we moved into this estate, it’s been a disappointing experience from day one. The builder used cheap materials—cracks appeared on the walls early, the induction hob was already marked, radiators were missing knobs, and we’ve had ongoing issues with leaky pipes. Even the doors and locks are low quality, adding to a long list of issues. For the high prices they charge, these homes are simply not worth the money.

To make things worse, the sales staff’s attitude is horrible. Once the sale is completed, they don’t even recognize you. When you bring up concerns, they refuse to provide contact numbers for support, leaving you with no help. It’s clear that after the sale, they’re no longer interested in assisting you.

Think twice before buying a house in this estate! Poor quality construction, overpriced homes, and terrible customer service.

The development is a car park,the biggest culprits are the builders who seem to just abandon their vehicles totally inconsiderate for the current owners and a danger to the them who have young families

Never met a more arrogant, ignorant, sarcastic, unprofessional site manager in all of my life. The way Jason talks to people on site is seriously unprofessional. Everything is an excuse with him no way of communicating with him what so ever to resolve the problem what so ever. The guy is not fit to do his own job with the manners he has toward people

Couple of well presented 4 bedroom showhomes (Oxford & Suffolk) which you can look round without an appt. Check the garages though - don't know how you'd get your car in there! I guess other homes are available to view on appt.

Drive past offen on the way to work development coming along nicely. We'll made homes. Show homes are always worth a visit to get a feel for the homes.
