Could not recommend Mortgage Help Scotland enough! I was recommended by the estates agents who I'd viewed my property through. Provided option of meeting in person or via video call. I basically went into this completely clueless having not expected to be in a position to buy quite yet, and Martyn instantly put me at ease and explained everything incredibly well. I found him to be really personable, knowledgeable and positive. He supported me with every stage of the process including recommending a solicitor for me and sorting out insurance. Within the first 45 minute meeting he had arranged my mortgage in principle and we'd put an offer in! This was luckily accepted the same afternoon and everything has gone smoothly. Martyn kept in regular contact and responded quickly and helpfully to any queries. As a first time buyer I was initially feeling overwhelmed at what might be involved but Martyn has made the process so straightforward. Again, couldn't recommend enough!
