Their service was outstanding—they were not only professional and knowledgeable but also genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I only bother doing reviews if something is dreadful or amazing & these guys are amazing!!
I got a few quotes from local businesses who all promised the earth but when Lee came to the house & sat down with a coffee and spent time listening and discussing options with us, I knew we’d found the right person. He was very knowledgeable and clearly had plenty of “hands on” experience.
I needed a bathroom total refit but I wasn’t sure EXACTLY what I wanted, but I did have a few ideas that weren’t “the norm”
These days everyone seems to want a walk-in shower, but I wanted a wall-to-wall shower cubicle with frosted glass.
The other people who had been & quoted made a lot of assumptions about what I wanted rather than listening to my thoughts….
Lee was so enthusiastic and down to earth. We put an initial plan together there & then. The quotation came through a few days later which was very reasonable. I changed my mind about a couple of things in the time between the quotation & the start date and this wasn’t an issue. When the start date arrived, I wondered if the work would live up to my expectations….I shouldn’t have worried. Matt turned up at 08.30 as promised and worked until 4.30 every day treating the job as if it was his own bathroom, taking a real pride in his work…. a perfectionist!
Young Charlie the apprentice who was observing for a few of the days was also a lovely chap.
I’m totally thrilled with the final result 🤩🤩🤩
I’ll now be using MT for boiler services etc I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!
If you’re considering having anything done then you needn’t look elsewhere you won’t find anyone better.

Really, really pleased with the final bathroom! M.T. Plumbing an Heating have looked after us all the way through. Lee was great with helping confirm what we wanted to do and give us a clear and reasonable quote as well as final follow-up. Matt as the lead installer was fantastic- very experienced with all the trades needed. His execution and delivery to detail is first rate. Communications through the install were great too - Matt always happy to listen and give good advice. Charlie as apprentice assistance was also great. Both guys were really polite, tidy and worked hard to minimise the disturbance.

Lee and Nathan have just installed a marble fireplace and fire in our lounge. Superb job. Looks stunning. Very friendly and were really efficient. Highly professional. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Recently had our boiler system upgraded and the team at MT were professional and friendly at every step of the process. After several months trying to get a LPG gas system installed, and having to cope with companies making appointment that were not kept, we were introduced to Lee at MT plumbing in Stourport. He kept his appointment and used his expertise to design a system that would replace our wood burner. The system would have to cater for the fact that we did not have natural gas. The system had to overcome positioning of cylinders and distances from oil tanks etc. Lee kept in close contact with me whilst MT plumbing designed the system and all problems were overcome in a professional manner. The whole system was installed a couple of weeks later, very little mess , piping nearly invisible , and the engineers cleaned up after the completion of the job. Having an old house (400 years old) with low water pressure and reliant on LPG gas, I cannot describe how challenging the plumbing system was when some of the radiators would not warm up and then eventually the boiler stopped working.

Lee from MT plumbing came to have a look and immediately saw the issues caused by an old system and from different recent tradesmen who had not used large enough pipes and had fitted isolation valves to make the system less efficient.

Working in tight, dark (and not the cleanest) voids and loft spaces did not help, but his team were brilliant and replaced the boiler and made extensive pipework changes, achieving a fully efficient system again.

I would recommend this without hesitation.
