I instructed Mark at the start of my building project in 2017, to deal with our extension and outbuilding compromising a Neuro Rehab gym for my disabled mother. My project was very difficult as it involved a notoriously strict local council, but it was a massive success thanks to Mark. He always remained so professional, hard working, personable and kind. Mark was also incredibly supportive throughout all the difficulties we faced with the planning permission, appeal process and building work. I couldn't recommend MTB Architecture enough.

Exceptional Commitment & Expertise!

I cannot express my gratitude enough for the outstanding service provided by MTB Architecture during my recent planning application process. Mark and his team's unwavering commitment and expertise truly set them apart.

From the outset, Mark demonstrated a level of persistence and dedication that exceeded my expectations. Despite encountering challenges with the local council, he remained steadfast and never wavered in his determination to achieve a successful outcome for my "part retrospective and part proposed extension of a 1.8m high fence and change of use from amenity open space to garden" application.

What impressed me most was Mark's ability to maintain focus and enthusiasm even when faced with a difficult council. He navigated the complexities of the application process with finesse, ensuring that every detail was meticulously addressed. His proactive approach and tenacity were instrumental in overcoming obstacles and turning a potentially arduous process into a success.

I was particularly impressed by Mark's in-depth knowledge of the intricacies surrounding change of use applications, a notoriously challenging area. His expertise was evident throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation and drawings to the final approval. Mark's diligence and professionalism were consistent, and he always kept me informed and reassured, demonstrating a genuine commitment to client satisfaction.

In the end, thanks to Mark's efforts, my application received approval—an outcome I attribute to his exceptional skills and tireless dedication. I wholeheartedly recommend MTB Architecture for anyone seeking a team of professionals who go above and beyond to deliver outstanding results.

Thank you, Mark and the entire team, for turning my vision into a reality. Your commitment to excellence has left a lasting impression, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided.

Mark was excellent in all aspects of design, planning and coordination for our double garage conversion. The space is for my 90 year old Mother to enjoy ‘lateral living’ with a bedroom and wet room that allow both wheelchair and able bodied use. We ran into some bureaucratic issues with the planning department (not Mark’s fault) however, to his credit Mark dealt with the problem diligently and thoroughly and the matter was resolved. This was a stressful period for us but Mark’s calm reassurance helped ease the strain and as a result we now have a fantastic annexe for my elderly mother to live in. She absolutely loves it. Thanks Mark
