If you willing to work as 24/7 for 365 days with low salary package you may join in this company (they will tell after 3 months salary will increase)Technically they are okay. But no benefits for employees..They give salary by cash, no proper appointment letter,first learn how to handle employees.. if you want employees work without seeing timing(like 24×7) before interview/joining inform clearly. They have also a personal life..

One of the worst architect I have come across ,Mr. Murali has grown from scratch you have not a born architect, you struggled, performed then the house owners for whom you have done your service have given you this status and stature ,first learn to respect human beings you are not God, when people from any category come to meet you first respect them then show your "TAG" if you have all the ego's , you have to store it in your house refrigerator and walk to office ,learn from people who are far better than you in all aspects if you want an example visit and talk to Sir Meyyappan ,he will teach you how to be humble.. First learn to respect People..then look at your self in the mirror..

I Have completed my viva recently. It started well that after seeing 'MA' logo he himself typically assess design concepts, technical knowledge, presentation skills, in my portfolio and I explained all my work clearly and experience that I got from my office,The site visits, client meeting too and finally viva went in position environment and he gave some suggestions to defend and articulate design decisions.

My association with Architect Murali began 25 years back when I decided to construct my Eye hospital at Erode. I was young and had a lot of dreams .But it has to be realized in a 4000 Sq.ft plot. I didn’t know anything about construction and also not much time. Murali understood me and brought out a masterpiece. I told him the concept and he designed. Our friendship developed over 2 decades and subsequently we did 3 more buildings. Finally he also designed my house which was more than my dream. What impressed me over these years is his willingness to listen to our views. Professionally we have grown 4 times in volume and the building has accommodated this growth. Hallmark of his style is the ventilation and Light which has given us the energy to work under stressful conditions. Now we are on the process of expanding our facility. I cannot think of any other architect who can understand the client and give a product which will stand the test of time.
