Highly recommend Andy and his team… we have had Musons for the past 7 years to service our boiler.. within the last 6 months we have had to have a new boiler replacement as well as a new bathroom suite. Andy and his team were very professional, talked us through the process of having everything done, sorted everything out for us so we had no need to worry about anything. We left Andy and his team to it each day.. The team were very polite, very respectful of our home and cleaned up all their mess after them and took it away.. The finish result is amazing.. Highly recommend Musons.. Thank you Andy and your team..

Very helpful when I met him and good ideas for upgrading the Village Hall heating. Unfortunately thats where it ended. After eight weeks and four phone calls I still didn't have a quote and I needed it for a meeting. I assumed he couldn't be bothered to quote. Wouldn't ask him again, its a shame because he seemed interested.

We chose Mussons to install our new boiler because of how much a of nice chap Andy is and his excellent and friendly communication. Our task was a tricky one (it's not your typical house) but Andy was patient with us and did an outstanding job. The copper pipework was art! A true craftsman.

Booked a boiler service, had a day off work to wait in. Didn’t turn up, and didn’t answer the phone.
Found another gas engineer (NG Central Heating) that managed to fit me in on the day… and he turned out cheaper!

Left phone message once for quote. Another time filled in their contact form to request a quote for boiler servicing. They didn't have the courtesy to respond on either occasion.
