David did the plans for a granny annexe for us.
It has been a very smooth and easy process from the very beginning. He was able to help advise that the property we were buying was suitable. He listened to what we needed and advised how best to do this to be granted planning permission. Everything was submitted and permission was granted first time with no objection which I’m sure was down to David’s excellent knowledge.

David helped my husband and I to obtain planning permission for a bungalow within the grounds of our house. He helped us to overcome obstacles, queries and provided us with sound advice, whilst always being honest about the challenges we faced.
