Having seen a number of poor reviews, my wife and I were worried that the team that attended our property to install a water meter within our block paving may do a bad job. We are delighted to confirm the opposite and that the two young guys, Robert Flynn as the lead, with Logan Foster as second man performed exceptionally well. They were courteous and professional throughout what was a quick job. Critcally and most importantly they replaced the previous access plate with the expected larger round one with a square surround frame and relaid our paving blocks really well and better than we anticipated, such that the new access point looks like it was always there. Great to see no use of tarmac. Their work and approach has really reassured us and the water was switched back on and working well. Thanks.

Sent them mail about one of there drivers driving in Coventry pushing his way through road works pushing me almost of the road and hitting me. Not bothered at all

They did a job in Blackburn near my business and the contractors picked up my barriers to use to make the area safe. They didn’t even ask they broke my padlock on the chain and took the barriers.

If I could give a zero I would. Mary Grffin has been project managing an installation of a car charging point in our street. We have had issues and both OPUS and electricity northwest have directed us to her. They have sent messages with contact details asking her to phone me. The receptionist at network plus also promised a call back - radio silence. For someone who describes themselves on linked in as “keeping people happy” she really has failed! Network plus are a joke. If they are involved in work for you decline. Mary Griffin needs to go back to the basics of customer management! I have never known such lack of communication between 3 companies who care so little for the customers and community affected!!!

Had great service today from my engineer in B24, Birmingham. The guys name was Mr Brown(forgot his first name!), he was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problems within 5 minutes of being here. I have a mixed use property with all sorts of pipes running everywhere, I’ve had plumbers and other contractors trying to sort this problem out for months to no avail and this guy nailed it. A complex issue made to look simple so a big thanks to my engineer today, he is a credit to this business and to Severn Trent Water. Well done Mr Brown!!

Absolutely shocking customer service. Fixed a broken external stop tap and then fitted a new water meter. Carried the work out without informing us it caused increased water pressure and air locked a filter in our brand new kitchen. Flooded it. Ruined all the kitchen sides skirting and oak doors. The kitchen was finished in April this year. Completely refusing responsibility after Severn Trent agreed it was due to there work. Spoke to customer services 8 times in 8 days with no official reply only to be completely mugged off via email. Absolutely shocking. We can't afford the repairs.

What an absolute joke Network plus are!!
I applied to Yorkshire water to have my lead water pipe renewed! Easy process!!

Network plus then carried out a desktop survey, advised me where to take the replacement water pipe to, which I have done so, dug up my front garden, for them only to turn up on the 9th and tell me I had taken it to the wrong location, and they can’t carry out the works,

I bough the pipe, hired someone with a digger to have the pipe laid at the correct depth, paid for all the correct fixtures and paid a plumber to take the pipe in to the property, including a number of cost in the process.

2 weeks later I am constantly chasing them up, people say they will call me back but no one does! I have no update in relation to what is actually going on and when they will carry out the works. My front garden still has 2 large holes in it which I can’t fill in until the work is carried out.

Network plus messed up by carrying out a desktop survey and then tried to tell me Yorkshire water messed up.

Definitely would not recommend this company to anyone, customer service is none existent! I’ve even complained which has fallen on deaf ears.

Worst ever. Replaced the water meter without consent. There was no water to the property said it's internal plumbing issue it wasn't. I had to pay call out charges and now Severn Trent (another rubbish company) and network plus not willing to take responsibility and not surprisingly there is no complaints procedure Do not use and don't get the meter changed.
