We chose New Look Building Services to refurbish and modernise our bathroom based on reviews I had read. We were certainly not disappointed, from the start Michal was helpful, informative and accommodating. The standard of work by the team was very highly skilled and covered all aspects of plumbing, tiling and electrics. Their work ethic was tireless, starting early and not leaving until everywhere was tidied up and put away for the night. A couple of snags at the end, which were beyond their control were dealt with promptly and effectively. Highly recommended, we would use them again.

The quote for the work was detailed and well explained, so we knew exactly what we were getting into. Michal and team worked on our job consistently from start to finish. Michal was also very helpful during the whole process with advice, recommendations and when dealing with unexpected issues, which we had a few of. But these were all resolved satisfactorily in the end.

Overall, the work was done in a timely manner and to a good quality. Very pleased with the result.

Michal and his team recently refurbished our bathroom and a bedroom. I would definitely recommend them. Very helpful, friendly and great workmanship. Communication was great throughout and even when there were unavoidable delays this was explained carefully and they worked really hard to get the work done. We had a couple of extra jobs we needed doing and they were really helpful and accommodating with this. Fitting them in amongst everything else and charging a reasonable price.

Michal initially impressed by being very quick to respond to initial enquiries, arranging to view and quote, and in answering questions we had about the project.
His advice and guidance were really appreciated, he is very knowledgeable and clearly has a good deal of experience. He is extremely hard working including evenings and weekends and does what he says he will do. He has the skill set to undertake just about all aspects of the renovation himself so less hassle than co-ordinating lots of different contractors.
The quality of his work is outstanding and we are extremely pleased with our new bathroom - so much so that we’ve already booked him to refurb our shower room.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Michal did a complete refurbishment of a bedroom - old boxed in pipes replaced and put into the wall, new radiator installed, new oak flooring and skirting boards new electric socket in wall, all woodwork painted and walls beautifully papered. A thoroughly professional job and completed in time stated. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is reliable and honest.

Michal connected with me after I requested help with a specialist wallpapering job. The paper was very expensive and the areas to be papered weren't straight forward. For a relatively small job I was incredibly impressed with Michal's approach, he undertook several consultations prior to starting to ensure that he was well prepared, and he was very professional on site. He was clean, tidy, well organised and the quality of his work was exemplary - I would have no hesitation in using his services again.

Michal and his team boarded my loft and added a new ladder and hatch. They were punctual, professional, tidy and very good at communicating throughout the day, whilst I was at work. He came recommended to me by a friend, and I would definitely employ him again. I am really pleased with the loft and was able to utilise the space immediately. They cleared all the rubbish as well.
