This is the lowest rating that can be given otherwise a zero would be better. I have the pleasure of owning an apartment where New Ways are the management company. A new build and it had some minor issues, which is fine, however the time taken to acknowledge, respond and actually do something was an experience. It took months to arrange a visit following dozens of calls, emails and chasing people. Ended having to pay someone separately to go and sort things out to keep the tenant off my back and because these guys had 'Lots of things going on'. If they are your management company just assume they don't exist.
