This cowboy company employs former rally car drivers to hurtle their humongous trucks around narrow country lanes. I’m not the only person to have nearly lost my life as a result of their inability to slow down or drive in a reasonable manner.

All local people should avoid these cowboys.

It looks like previous reports of unsafe driving by this company have not been addressed, they have been roaring through the villages here at well above the 30mph speed limit. If someone happens to be pulling out of the drive when they come past it's going to end in a horrible accident. Shamefully behaviour.

My experience with these cowboys is based on the fact I was a previous creditor of Newalls Civil Engineering. Make no mistake this is a prepack of the previous company that went to the wall owing nearly 4million to various parties. Buying the old assets, moving directors around then starting up again trying to pretend you’re something new won’t fool anyone. With a 1.3million directors loan from the previous business I’d say to anyone dealing with them to ask for cash up front. Stay well clear as they say on EBay.

In September 2018, Newall Plant caused damage to my car through negligence, namely allowing loose debris to drop from one of their lorries whilst travelling at 70mph. Ben Allison (Managing Director) was very unhelpful when I reported this incident to him, accusing me of lying and to my knowledge, taking no action with the driver of the lorry to minimize the risk of this occurring again. Please think twice before using a company with such a poor approach to public health and safety
