We feel extremely lucky that we came across Noble Lofts (the reviews definitely speak for themselves!) and can’t thank Josh and his team enough for our exceptional dormer loft conversion which they’ve recently completed, we are beyond pleased with it! The first thing everyone comments on when they see it is the premium finish, which is all thanks to Josh being brilliantly skilled and his meticulous attention to detail.

Previous to the work we’d never been up our loft before but wanted to explore the idea of a loft conversion for additional space and also to increase the value of our home. From the onset Josh has been brilliant, helping us gain a clear vision of what could be achieved (our dream master bedroom, walk in wardrobe and en-suite!) , providing a clear/competitive quote and timeline, managing all aspects from the structural engineer visit, architectural drawing etc through to the commencement and completion of work. Josh and his team are very experienced, highly reliable and exceptionally skilled, completing the loft conversion to the exact timeline we agreed whilst going above and beyond our expectations with the end result. As well as being amazing at what they do, they’re honestly a pleasure to be around and have in your house and we’ve definitely come to think of them as friends!

Cannot rate or recommend Josh and his team highly enough. Their customer service is second to none. Josh deals with the legalities and building regs side of things. Has his own architect which makes the process very simple and hassle free. The hardest part was choosing what kind of staircase we wanted

Josh is very knowledgeable and was able to make suggestions to maximise the space available.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said by all the other reviews. From my first phone conversation and meeting with Josh I knew he was right for us, he was refreshingly honest and very knowledgeable about what we could fit in the space we had. From the moment we agreed it was all systems go with every aspect of the build dealt with from the architect to decoration, a full schedule of work with a payment schedule to go with it we arranged a date to start and with no waiting around that was the day they came.. got to send a shout out to chez and Scott who were brilliant and also very professional with all the work they carried out (hope the golf is going well chez ) the schedule went to plan even though Josh caught pneumonia and was in hospital for a week he still called me to make sure all was ok (top bloke). So as I could ramble all day just a massive thanks to Josh and all his team for making things as stress free as possible and for their super high quality workmanship 10/10 chaps

My wife and I wanted to do something special for our daughter's 16th birthday and after much brainstorming and deciding against buying her an AMG C63 we decided to create her her own space in the loft. We researched a number of companies and decided to go with Josh Noble Lofts based on reviews, our conversations with Josh, pictures of his previous work and we were not disappointed!

From start to finish the whole project was managed by Josh and he took the stress out of having building work done. Josh's attention to detail is second to none, he carried out all of the build and then handed over to specialist trades people for electrics, plastering, woodwork, bathroom tiling and plumbing. All of who were all courteous, respectful, professional and worked to a very high standard.

I would have no qualms in recommending Josh Noble Lofts to anyone who is looking for a 1st class loft conversion. Josh and his team were fantastic from start to finish and if you have your name on your van and display your work on social media you have to be nothing less!

Thank you Josh and the team for a fantastic build, you did not disappoint and we are over the moon with all the work carried out. I think we were right she loves the loft and anyway what would she do with a car at her age!

Noble lofts have just completed my loft conversion and we are so pleased with the result. From the first time we met Josh he was very professional and honest and told us what would look good and what wouldn't. Josh and his team worked flat out even when the weather was bad. Snow doesn't stop these boys ! They turned up at 8am everyday without fail and the job was completed within 6 weeks like he told us.

Josh and his team always accessed the loft externally rather than coming through the house which removed any mess or inconvenience being caused.

The finish on all the work carried out is amazing and my son loves his new room. Everyone who has seen it has only positive things to say and cannot believe how quick everything was completed.

Josh and the team were open to suggestions I had and accommodated accordingly. Especially my wifes glass staircase !

All the team are friendly,reliable and polite from the builders to contractors.

I can honestly say it has been a stress free journey and I would highly recommend Noble Lofts to anybody.

Noble Lofts have carried out a fantastic loft conversion at my property to create a master bedroom with ensuite in the loft space and an office on the 1st floor.

The loft conversion has far exceeded my high expectations. Their workmanship and professionalism is 1st class and they are top blokes too!

Josh Noble (the owner of the business) has a brilliant eye for detail and cares passionately about what he does, hence he goes above and beyond to create a loft conversion that has the wow factor and exceeds all expectations.

Josh project manages every aspect of the build, as such there is no stress involved and the build runs smoothly. It has been thoroughly enjoyable process and my family now consider Josh and his team friends. We already miss them!

Josh and the team were very patient with us when deciding to complete the work or not. Our loft room is already converted but needed the chimney removed to open up the room, and we are thrilled we decided to go ahead with this work as Josh and the team had it completed in just 2 days.
