Very happy to have found a friendly, professional local garage to have my VW Caddy looked after. Had an MOT here this week, quickly turned around and text to say van all done. Great experience getting my van serviced with North Cornwall VW.
Van was feeling a little sluggish but since having it back from the guys it’s been running like an absolute dream.
May only seem minor but to have the confidence that the appropriate work has been carried out is great. Won’t be taking it anywhere else.

Rang them as the back box on my Saab had fallen off, they phoned around, and with difficulty got a box and got it fitted the same day at a reasonable cost. A very Impressed tourist who was recommended them by a local.

Took my Golf to this garage believing them to be a VW specialist, however went in with my DPF warning light lit, and came away with the DPF warning light still lit. I was expecting this work to cost in the region of £50 - £100 to resolve this issue, but was slightly taken aback to be charged over £200 for this 'service' and told that I will need to take the car on a longer drive to clear the fault code - personally I don't feel convinced that was worth the price I was billed. Needless to say I'm not impressed with my experience and wouldn't recommend this garage as a result.

Honest quick and friendly service fixing my 1.6 tdi overheating issue at a great price ,i was misdiagnosed at another garage so came here, as soon as i rang here it was obvious they had the knowledge and experience .highly recommended
