Absolutely abysmal administration of adult learning course. Absolute shambles from the start. Wouldn't trust this place to run a tap let alone people's education. Amazing City and Guilds still lets this place run their courses. 3 different tutors in the space of two terms, two of whom were 'ill' for around half of the classes. Almost absent communication from college admin staff when these things occur, and to top it off it turns out I was never officially enrolled on my course despite playing 100% of the fee upfront. Beware: no refunds given if you are on the course longer than 2 weeks. First and last time I'll trust NHC.

My grandson goes to this college, he sent home regularly because the teacher is off , really disappointed in this college,he got a e-mail today that your not open again 6/12/2022 this is beyond a joke, I was earning a wage at 16 when I left school he’s 18 and going nowhere,

Not even gave my teenager a timetable!!! he has to guess when he is in a frequently gets sent home as he 'not in'.
Absolute joke as they have marked his attendance as low. Maybe if they actually gave him a timetable.
