Very professional company. The best I've dealt with. I've been corresponding with a gentleman called Chris and he was very thorough with my requirements and went that extra mile to make sure I understood everything. Once it came to laying the underfloor pipes and screed another gentleman called Dan came and did a fantastic job and also went that extra mile for me. Northwest completed a low profile system on my renovation project . I spoke to Martin and he advised me what would be the best option for what I needed . He visited site and carried out a level survey and provided a quote and the works was completed a week later . The whole experience was seamless and would highly recommend these guys to anyone . Excellent company. However mine was completed in the winter when temp dropped below 5 degrees. I protected the newly installed slab with insulation to prevent cracking. I request that you warn winter customers about the need to insulate the slab
