Northedge were fantastic from the start of the process to getting our plans submitted and approved by the Council. Umayr was so responsive and nothing was ever too much trouble and we went back and forth quite a lot to make the plans work for us. Umayr made design suggestions that helped us to maximise the space, with the focus on longevity for our family and also helpfully suggested a kitchen company that we had not come across previously but have since decided to proceed with. Before we moved into our new home in sale, I asked for the recommendations for a reliable architect in the local area via Face Book local community page, Umary’s name was repeatedly recommended. We commissioned the plans for rear and side extensions instantly after meeting him in person. There was a lot of back and forth, every time, Umary was super accommodating, he listed to our needs and made several changes to our plans. Umary, submitted the planning application for us a couple of months ago and yesterday our planning application was approved without any issues. We would highly recommend, Umary.
