Horrendous customer service and they threatened me with legal action if I leave a review which is quite frankly insane and of course sours the entire experience just that but more. Everyone is quite clear consumers are able to leave honest reviews of their own experience, and threats do not ease any frustration held, whether they agree or not. Also that there is not one ounce of legal standing with a Google review 😂

They spent twenty minutes at my property fitting a piece of stone to a wall. They charged me for the stone and then charged me four hours for the work.

They quoted for four hours work stating that’s the time it would take to do it. We are not stonemasons so have no idea how long this would take. When they arrived they were on my property for twenty minutes so naturally we expected the final invoice to be significantly less than their estimate based on a four hour job. Their team members who fit it said what a small job it was at time of fitting.

Minimum call-outs were never explained until the invoice arrived and I questioned why I’ve been charged for the stone and for four hours of work. If the minimum callout charge had have been explained at time of booking there wouldn’t have been a problem as we could have decided if we wanted to get other quotes vs these who have the callout charge, however they claimed at time of estimation that the job itself would take about four hours.

Churches Together in Witney plan to have a granite plaque laid alongside the oak trees planted on the Leys in Witney as a memorial to all casualties of war.
OG Stonemasony have made the plaque in advance of it being laid in April 2015 and have made a superb job of it. Further, they have refused any payment for it.
