I'm sure Oak developments are very professional and well worth their reputation as a 5 star developer. They are currently developing in our village at the moment and the houses do look nice. However some of the contractors that they employ and represent the company are not. My wife was walking our dog this morning when she witnessed a contractor throwing rubbish out of his car into a bush. When my wife asked bim to pick it up and put it in a bin, his response was 'not my problem luv' if that's his attitude i do wonder what his work is like. My wife also said this happened in front of people at the development and not one person did anything. Being a 5 star developer you should employ 5 star contractors and you should be also be mindful that dropping litter is illegal.
