This Company is a joke. It's operatives think it is acceptable to leave inert waste on a highway on a blind bend, operate Road Works with no Chapter 8 Signage or Traffic Management. Total gridlock and operatives who think it is a joke. Unsurprisingly the Police and Plymouth City Council didn't see the funny side. I have been advised by PCC that they had received numerous complaints and had assigned an Investigator to deal with the matter. Complete disregard for Public Safety, Traffic Management, Healthy and Safety. Reported to PCC, Police, Taylor Wimpey, Highways and HSE. Company should be shut down. Dispicable.

Bunch of absolute cowboys. Rushing their job and not doing it properly. They have cut the pavement outside my house but didn’t wet the blade when cutting creating loads of dust. The dust has gone all over my freshly valeted car and the concrete dust has stuck to the paint. Oh and to mention they completely blocked my driveway off yesterday from one corner to the other. Absolutely shocking

Fantastic company, carried out their work quickly, professionally and to a really high standard. The guys working near my house were always polite and accommodating. I wish all contractors were like Oakway.

Appalling standard of work. Stupid foreman who can not read a map and cut a trench in the wrong place through a private road then repaired it in a very shoddy manner which has caused the original road to crumble and break where they have joined to it.
Managing Director John McNeela has refused to pay for the repair work to be done by a proper tarmac company ,but agreed to repair it and now will not return my calls. This company is supposed to be approved by the highways department to do this type of work which is no wonder our roads are in such a bad state if they let these clowns work on them. Legal action to follow!

Absolute shambles of a company. Workmen came out and placed barriers across the pathway which blocked my driveway. They could not be even be bothered to even knock on my door and tell me they were going to do it. Good job I was on annual leave because I am a key worker for the NHS and if it had been blocked whilst I was on my way to see a patient I would of had to call the police. I called Oakway and told them this and that working on behalf of BT did they not think it wise to ‘communicate’ with people. The man that requested fibre broadband to his home should of have also advised what was going on, but unfortunately he is an oxygen thief with no brain cells. What a waste of space and a waste of time.
