Oakwood has been great, they've taken the headache out of managing the property, as they actually do what they say, unlike the couple of others I have tried. They communicate frequently, listen and pay attention to my needs as a landlord so they can give me peace of mine. They took their time finding a tenant as I had a lot of problems previously, so they wanted to ensure I had the best fit for the property, someone to care for it and call it home. Started using Oakwood when I first purchased a Buy to Let property they already managed, a number of months ago. Recently the existing tenant gave notice to move out. I immediately liaised with Oakwood about advertising for another tenant; they were very professional and helpful and quickly (even given the first new tenant had to withdraw for personal reasons) found a new tenant with excellent credentials. They worked with me to get some remedial works done on the property prior to the new tenant moving in, so this was all easily achieved. I'm very happy to continue using Oakwood, and also feel their fees are reasonable.
