Highly recommend Joe and Ellis! They did a fantastic job replacing a very old and tired conservatory roof for us and installing new velux windows. We are really happy with everything. They are also really nice guys, great at communicating and keeping us up to date, easy to chat to as well courteous / great at cleaning up after themselves. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for roofing work!

Highly recommend these guys! Joe is a lovely approachable guy who is happy to discuss the job and answer any questions! Happy to be at home with my little one when they were doing the works. Redoing our front porch and having the loft boarded, light fitted and hatch changed. Really respectful when in your home and tidy up after themselves! Would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again!

Installation of two velux skylights and electric motorised opening.
Prompt and tidy team. Fitted with good quality.
Skylights fitted square and equally spaced to produce best internal look. Motorised opening is a must, the windows click shut perfectly as you would expect. Other builders have commented on the quality work which is always a good sign.

I'm writing this review a few months after work was done by Octa.
I contacted Joe to repair my Velux which was very poorly fitted by another company not long ago and wouldn't close (leading to constant draught).

Joe was very easy to communicate with and explained all the possibilities before starting the job and gave me a clear price - this really helped me understand the scale of the job.
On the day, Joe arrived promptly and was able to identify the issue immediately. He kept me informed throughout the day, took lots of pictures and left me with a Velux that now closes - Thanks Joe!

I would definitely use Joe again for future projects, he's very knowledgeable and efficient.
