I really rate One Call. I've used them for a for a number of jobs over the last few years. From decoration, electrical re-wiring, installing a new kitchen and renovating and servicing our central heating. We were working to a deadline of a new baby arriving and attempting to do the work when the world was slipping in and out of lockdowns. They got the job done ahead of schedule and to a very high standard, even helping us to source carpets when all other suppliers were drawing a blank. They are the best turn key solution provider I've encountered.

Having recently had to deal with ancient decking in our garden attracting unwelcome visitors, put in a call to One Call, they were round in less than 24hrs to remove the decking, and start laying a new patio. It's an old property and there were layers of old patios, one layer on top of the other. Andy and Tony went the extra distance to do a proper job, remove the years of 'bodged jobs' and take the time to properly lay the new one.

The work is always carried out promptly and to a high standard. The workmen arrive early and I have been extremely impressed by the standards of cleanliness and order the guys stick to. It really limits disruption.

Used One Call Building Services to fit a new bathroom. The service was 1st class. Trades people were prompt to arrive in the mornings and so polite. They even cleaned up very day before the left. I would highly recommend One Call. I now have a beautiful new bathroom & all finished in time for Christmas. Excellent service. Thank you guys.

If you are looking for quality and a building firm you can trust, I'd 100% recommend One Call.

The team rebuilt our porch as the existing porch was structurally unsound. From start to finish, the team were great. Very experienced, polite and helpful. Would like to say thank you to Martyn, Danny and Andy for all their work as well as the rest of the guys.

Would definitely use the team again for future work.

WC added to empty space at the foot of the staircase with last three treads turned 90° internally with newel post repositioned.

Stud wall added, insulated, plastered, painted; with coving and picture rail added externally and internally to new WC room.

A solid-wood shaker door original to the style of the property was renewed professionally by Adam@OneCallBuildingServices.

Carpet added to the stairs.

Had a problem with my boiler late at night with a leak …could not find anyone to come out immediately. But One Call did simply fixed everything very quickly. Great plumber marvellous service and very very reasonable pricing. Definately a firm to use.

The guy came and quoted - really nice & friendly and detailed quote. Unfortunately we were unable to proceed for the next month as lots going on. Correponded by email with the company. Upon phoning receptionist to get the work done (or even requoted as appreciate material costs go up), she was really rude and said she didn’t want our business. That’s fine - we will find another more customer friendly company instead
