Optimum helped us with a major renovation and reconfig of a bungalow that had been left empty for several years. We have used Optimum Architecture twice: once for our extension and once for some outbuildings (cart lodge and garage). We would highly recommend them. Unlike other architects we contacted, Optimum listened carefully and took their time to understand what we wanted (aesthetically and practically). They also gave brilliant and timely support to our building team. We live in a Victorian cottage in a rural location, and many of our neighbours have lived in the area for years. From the moment we met James at our Art Deco house in Dedham we felt confident in his ability, but also in his understanding in what we were trying to achieve.When we saw the plans he had pretty much nailed it first time, which was not easy, he blended the old with the new so well.
