Martin and Perry were amazing today. They went above and beyond to ensure the lights were all fitted even though things were communicated properly to them prior to arrival. They also ensure everything was tidied up neatly afterwards. They are an asset to the company.

11/10 - Exceptional. Couldn't recommend these guys anymore!! They have been faultless from start to finish. Starting with Lee who's help and advice at the beginning of our Solar & Battery journey and our change of plans to a different property was outstanding and his knowledge and general willingness to help and ensure i understood the process and differences set him apart from any other company i contacted. To the survey and fitting day, ours was by no means a straight forward connection of existing panels they hadn't fitted to the getting them up and running with thier batteries. No complaints, incredible work, tidy, thorough and all the way to the end with their back office staff that were prompt when responding, quick to handover and answer any outstanding questions. The whole team is a credit to the company and there'll be absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to everyone and we'll definitely have them back in the future for more work. Thanks again!!

Great experience from start to finish. Really helpful advice when planning our solar installation. The two day install went well. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. It’s been working perfectly for nearly two months now. I wanted to wait a while before leaving a review so it could be honest and well informed. I have recommended Optimum to friends and neighbours. It’s rare to get a company that I’d give 10 out of 10 to but in this case it’s well deserved.

If you want battery storage, look no further. Lee was extremely knowledgeable about the different systems and helped me decide the best for my needs. The fitters came as arranged, and were friendly, polite and worked well. I feel confident that my system will benefit me and that Optimum will continue to be there when I need them. Well done, guys.

Optimum Electrics added battery storage to our existing Solar PV installation. After some research I chose SunSynk products. I had choices of local installers but selected Optimum Electrics because their quote was the most competitive and I felt that I was dealing with competent and knowledgeable people. There was a small hiccup at install, rectified the following day, and the system has performed flawlessly since installation. The addition of batteries hasn't compromised our ability to benefit from FIT payments, which was an important consideration, and it works alongside our Solar iBoost installation, which heats water when we're net exporting power. The data I've collected since installation in March confirms that we've seen, over summer, a 65% reduction in electricity consumption. The system is easy to control and monitor and I will alter some settings as autumn approaches and daylight hours reduce. We're very happy with this addition to our home.

We made an enquiry to have some electrics installed around the house, they came out to us and gave an intensive quote covering all the items that we wanted installing and exchanging. We were sent a quote and agreed to this, a week later all the work was completed, the staff arrived on time and were very polite. Once all the work was completed they left my property as found and tidied up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone and if the need comes up again i would not hesitate to use this company again. Thank you to the 2 installers and the lady that came out and gave us the quote.
