Fantastic service from Simon, Bradley and Luke. Our new boiler was fitted really quickly and the team were professional, friendly and really helpful. All the work was carried out very carefully with the team cleaning and tidying up as they went along. Would highly recommend them.

I have been a customer of Optimum Plumbing for six years or more. They are professional and competitively priced. I have never had a problem using them. They serviced my boiler today and have replaced all my taps in the house in the past as well as servicing my lounge gas fire. I recommend this company without hesitation. Last week I noticed that I had a leak which was damaging a bedroom ceiling. I called Optimum, since I was confident in their expertise. A plumber arrived very promptly and he advised me that my cold water tank was leaking. The plumbers fitted my new tank on Saturday. It was a very hot day and they certainly earned their money in a very cramped and hot attic. The work had many challenges as a job and the plumbers met these challenges. The plumbers are very skilled, and they keep you well informed . At the end of the job they cleaned the area. Optimum is a nice company to deal with, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and a reliable service.

Simon and his team were superb, in my opinion they are the best plumbers and I highly recommend them to anyone. They are punctual, very friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean, tidy up after themselves, Simon even went out of his way to come back and inspect that everything was in order while he was away. My central heating is up and running perfectly. New boiler installed this week. First inspection and quote 3 weeks back. Always a sign of a good company when you have to wait a while, unlike some where they can fit next day.
Outstanding customer service, Simon and Luke were very professional and not just installed new boiler but corrected dodgy workmanship from previous installer.
Aftercare service again, excellent with follow up text messages making sure unit was set and working correctly.
Would highly recommend Optimum without hesitation. Thanks Chaps.
