Opus were great throughout. Cheryl was very responsive, the survey was scheduled and report received within a week which is exceptionally fast. The Report was very insightful and to the point, with detailed indications on what needed doing and how much that would cost. Unlike some other surveyor reports, there were no needless copy paste fillers, only the relevant info. Would definitely recommend
