I bought my Samsung phone, OT staff have been exremely helpful fitting screen protector, lens protector and refitting after I smashed it. Had some problems with dirt getting in charging port and they have sorted 3 times, great to buy local and get brilliant support in Orkney. Very reasonable with their prices! A great reasons to suport local businesses.

Very friendly service! I'd gone in initially to buy a screen protector for an old iPhone 6. I returned 5mins later, realising that I was on holiday and didn't want the frustration of doing a sub-standard job of fitting the protector on my mum's phone. I also asked about a replacement battery for the phone. I returned to the shop about an hour later and the protector had been fitted perfectly (really, perfectly!), and the battery had been swapped for a new one. For half the price of a battery swap courtesy of Apple. So pleased with the excellent service and very high standard of work - thank you very much!

Nightmare from start to finish ! Rude arrogant owner. Called in on travels with a simple Ariel fix on a nearly new camper van Tv. They managed to break the Tv completely. Whilst I didn’t hold them responsible ( I should do ) I asked if they would receive another in the post on my behalf paid for by me of course. He refused !! Shocking behaviour. Inept and irresponsible, one to avoid

The staff at OrkneyTech are fantastic, my MacBook Pro wasn’t accepting my password, I need it quickly for course work…. they had it sorted in an afternoon at a really affordable price.

If you have anything Apple they are approved to fix it, they don’t blind you tech talk.

Had a motherboard replacement for a £140 in my old packard bell laptop as it was not working anymore. Went to the shop and asked for a replacement because i'm quite attached to the laptop. Also asked for cleaning the fan because it was quite noisy the last year. Called and emailed them for a week but no reply so went to the shop to see what they did to my laptop. They did not do anything. Finally, we agreed for a £140 for a new motherboard and I asked once more to clean the fan. In the end they repaired it but when I got it back the left mouse button of the laptop was not working and the fan was still making a lot of noise. Called them again since they did not reply to my email and they offered to fix the mouse for free and a new fan at additional costs..
