Doesn’t return phones call and doesn’t turn up when he scheduled to do the work. Very disappointing with someone with over 10 years of experience and such a great review with Google.

When called for a quote explain very busy but managed to squeeze me in. Explained would be at least 6 weeks before could complete the job but where very kind and stated if the roof began to leak to call them and would come and cover the roof until able to complete the job. But was lucky and they managed to fit me in bit earlier. Good job done thanks lads.

I used this company that by the way came highly recommended by other traders , they came out when they said they would despite being very busy they were on time professional superb workmanship they really are good.
They tidied up when they had finished got my job done on time they were all curtious I would definitely recommend this roofing company to anyone and I will be using them again in the near future thanks for a fantastic job Sam and the lads best wishes and thanks again

Our roof started leaking again with heavy rain we’ve had. Called Otter Roofing to see if they could help us out at short notice and they managed to get out to me in an hour and have the job done and dusted the same day. I really appreciated the experienced knowledge that we received from Otter Roofing, as previous work had been done on our roof from another company and seems they missed something rather obvious. Super stoked with the service these guys provided! Highly recommend.
